Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and requirements to identify improvement opportunities
- Create detailed documentation including process flows, user stories, and technical specifications
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to define project scope and deliverables
- Develop and maintain dashboards using SQL, Excel, and Tableau
- Facilitate workshops to gather and translate business needs into technical requirements
- Validate data integrity and perform root cause analysis for operational issues
- Present findings to executive leadership with clear recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one data visualization tool (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Certification in CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
- Proven track record of delivering projects on tight deadlines
- Portfolio demonstrating BA artifacts (requirements docs, wireframes, etc.)
