Responsibilities
- Perform detailed requirements analysis and documentation for weekend operational projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define business needs and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop and maintain process models, use cases, and user stories using JIRA and Visio.
- Analyze data trends and generate actionable insights to improve operational efficiency.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
- Act as a subject matter expert on weekend workflows and recommend process improvements.
- Maintain accurate logs of business requirements and change requests.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Data Analysis, or a related role.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel (advanced functions), and data visualization tools.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC.
- Must be available to work rotating weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to present complex data to non-technical audiences.
