Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, document, and translate business requirements into actionable specifications
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL and BI tools to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop process flows, user stories, and use cases for digital transformation initiatives
- Create and maintain detailed documentation including BRDs, UML diagrams, and wireframes
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and executive summaries
- Facilitate weekend workshops and sprint planning sessions with remote and in-person teams
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical implementation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with weekend shift availability
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one BI tool (Tableau/Power BI)
- Experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Strong documentation skills with examples of BRDs and user stories
- Exceptional communication abilities for translating technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Certification (CBAP/PMP) or equivalent practical experience preferred
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts with minimal supervision
