Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and requirements to identify improvement opportunities
- Create detailed documentation including user stories, process flows, and technical specifications
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using SQL and visualization tools
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather and prioritize business requirements
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives
- Monitor KPIs and provide regular performance reports to leadership
- Support system testing and user acceptance phases for new implementations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Experience documenting requirements using standard methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday)
- Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems (Salesforce, SAP preferred)
