Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and systems to identify improvement opportunities
- Gather, document, and translate stakeholder requirements into technical specifications
- Create detailed reports, dashboards, and visualizations using SQL and BI tools
- Facilitate workshops with cross-functional teams to define project scope
- Validate data integrity and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Develop test cases and support UAT for system enhancements
- Present findings to senior leadership with actionable recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with weekend shift availability
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one BI tool (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong documentation skills with experience in UML/SW modeling
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Certification (CBAP/PMP) preferred
