Responsibilities
- Lead project lifecycle from initiation to closure using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (developers, designers, stakeholders) to ensure alignment
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
- Identify and mitigate project risks through proactive planning
- Facilitate stakeholder communication via status reports and meetings
- Implement quality control measures to deliver exceptional outcomes
- Utilize Jira, Asana, or similar tools for project tracking
Qualifications
- 3+ years of project management experience in IT or digital services
- PMP or CPM certification preferred
- Proficiency in project management software (Jira, Trello, MS Project)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with daily/weekly reporting and KPI tracking
