This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work remotely 2 days/week while collaborating in our state-of-the-art downtown LA office.
Responsibilities
- Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications for engineering teams
- Conduct stakeholder interviews across departments to identify pain points and opportunities
- Analyze datasets using SQL, Python, and BI tools to uncover actionable insights
- Develop process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria for new initiatives
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including requirements matrices
- Facilitate workshops to align cross-functional teams on project deliverables
- Monitor KPIs and provide performance recommendations to leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in SaaS or tech environments
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas), and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Experience documenting requirements in Confluence and creating process diagrams in Lucidchart
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent preferred
