Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements
- Document requirements using UML diagrams, user stories, and process flows
- Conduct data analysis using SQL, Excel, and BI tools to uncover actionable insights
- Facilitate JIRA backlog grooming and sprint planning ceremonies
- Validate solution delivery through UAT and create comprehensive test scenarios
- Present findings to executive stakeholders using compelling data visualizations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent strongly preferred
- Expertise in requirement elicitation techniques and stakeholder management
- Proven track record documenting requirements in regulated industries (e.g., fintech, healthcare)
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with attention to detail
