Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and identify improvement opportunities using data-driven methodologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements for enterprise systems and software solutions
- Create detailed documentation including process flows, user stories, and functional specifications
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards to track business performance metrics
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather requirements and validate solutions
- Lead UAT testing cycles and ensure successful project delivery
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in SaaS or financial services
- Proficiency in SQL, JIRA, and process modeling tools (e.g., Visio)
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into business insights
