Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and requirements to identify improvement opportunities
- Translate stakeholder needs into detailed technical specifications and user stories
- Create process flows, data models, and documentation using industry-standard tools
- Facilitate workshops with executive leadership to align on strategic initiatives
- Conduct data analysis using SQL and BI tools to uncover actionable insights
- Manage project scope and timelines through Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Validate solution effectiveness through UAT and post-implementation reviews
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech/finance industries
- Expert proficiency in SQL, JIRA, and process modeling tools (e.g., Visio)
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile/Scrum preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on deadline
- Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving aptitude
