Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles for enterprise clients using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Manage cross-functional teams of 8-12 professionals across development, design, and QA
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation plans for critical path activities
- Facilitate stakeholder communications through executive dashboards and status reports
- Drive continuous process improvements using Jira, Asana, and MS Project tools
- Maintain 98%+ on-time delivery rate with strict adherence to SLAs
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience with SaaS or enterprise software implementations
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
- Expertise in risk management, change control, and stakeholder engagement
- Advanced proficiency in project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
