Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews to elicit, document, and validate business requirements
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and recommend process improvements
- Develop detailed business process models, user stories, and functional specifications
- Translate business needs into technical requirements for development teams
- Create and maintain data visualization dashboards using Tableau/Power BI
- Facilitate workshops and presentations to communicate findings to executive stakeholders
- Support UAT and implementation of new business solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or consulting
- Expertise in SQL, data modeling, and ETL processes
- Proficiency in process modeling tools (Visio, Lucidchart)
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proven track record of delivering complex business solutions
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) highly desirable
