Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles from initiation to closure using Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Manage cross-functional teams of 5-10 members including developers, designers, and QA engineers
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks using risk assessment frameworks
- Facilitate stakeholder communications through daily stand-ups and sprint reviews
- Monitor project budgets and ensure deliverables meet quality standards
- Implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and project velocity
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience in tech or software development
- PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 certification strongly preferred
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
- Expertise in Jira, Asana, or similar project management tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
- Experience managing distributed teams in hybrid/remote environments
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful project case studies
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced startup environments
