Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and user requirements to identify improvement opportunities
- Create detailed documentation including user stories, process flows, and functional specifications
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather requirements and align on project goals
- Develop data models and perform SQL analysis to support decision-making
- Translate business needs into actionable technical requirements for development teams
- Track KPIs and present findings to executive leadership
- Coordinate UAT and ensure solution meets business objectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in fintech or banking
- Expertise in SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI), and process modeling
- Strong stakeholder management experience with executive-level communication skills
- Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP) or PMI-P preferred
- Proven track record in requirements gathering and Agile methodologies
- Experience with regulatory compliance frameworks (SOX, GDPR)
