- Manage stakeholder communication and executive reporting
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation
- Monitor KPIs and ensure deliverables meet quality standards
- Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Leverage Jira/Asana for task tracking and team collaboration
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience in tech or digital transformation
- PMP or CSM certification strongly preferred
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on budget and timeline
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience managing remote/distributed teams
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- Daily payment processing experience required
