Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and requirements to identify optimization opportunities
- Develop detailed documentation including process flows, user stories, and functional specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and translate business needs into technical requirements
- Create data-driven reports and visualizations using SQL, Excel, and BI tools
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to align on project objectives and deliverables
- Support system implementation and change management initiatives
- Monitor KPIs and provide continuous improvement recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with weekend shift availability
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
- Experience with agile methodologies and JIRA
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA) preferred
