Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and systems to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Develop detailed requirements documentation, process flows, and user stories
- Create and maintain data models, dashboards, and reporting tools using SQL and Excel
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather business needs and validate solutions
- Perform data analysis to support strategic decision-making and KPI tracking
- Document and communicate findings through executive presentations and technical reports
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure technical solutions align with business objectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with weekend shift exposure preferred
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and requirements documentation
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written/verbal communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience documenting processes using UML diagrams and flowcharts
- Certification (CBAP, PMP) or relevant coursework a plus
