Responsibilities
- Requirements Analysis: Conduct comprehensive analysis of business processes and requirements, specifically focusing on weekend operational workflows and reporting cycles.
- Data Modeling: Collaborate with stakeholders to define data models, business rules, and reporting specifications using SQL and documentation tools.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for cross-functional teams, facilitating meetings to gather needs and manage expectations effectively.
- Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in current processes and propose data-driven solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Documentation: Create detailed business requirements documents (BRD), technical specifications, and user stories to guide the development team.
- Quality Assurance: Perform UAT validation for weekend deliverables to ensure data integrity and alignment with business goals.
- Reporting: Generate and analyze complex reports to support executive decision-making during off-peak hours.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel (Advanced), and data visualization tools (Tableau or PowerBI) is required.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as part of the core shift schedule.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with a proven track record of solving complex business problems.
- Tools: Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (Jira, Confluence).
