Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and data metrics to identify optimization opportunities
- Develop detailed requirements documentation for system enhancements and new features
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using SQL, Tableau, and Power BI
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to align business objectives with technical solutions
- Perform gap analysis between current systems and industry best practices
- Document test cases and validate solution effectiveness post-implementation
- Maintain data integrity across multiple enterprise systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as Business Analyst in data-driven environments
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Certification in Agile/Scrum methodologies preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder engagement
- Experience with CRM (Salesforce) and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
