Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth requirement gathering and analysis to identify business needs and process inefficiencies.
- Translate complex business requirements into clear, concise functional specifications and user stories.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process maps, wireframes, and data dictionaries.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to ensure alignment across all project teams.
- Collaborate with technical teams to define data architecture and system integration points.
- Monitor project metrics and provide regular reporting to stakeholders on progress and KPIs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (Advanced), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of bridging the gap between business and technical teams.
- Ability to work independently in a part-time capacity while managing multiple priorities.
