Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in energy/tech sector
- Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong Agile/Scrum methodologies expertise
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) preferred
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with process modeling tools (Visio/BPMN)
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects
