Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes to identify inefficiencies and propose data-driven solutions
- Elicit and document detailed requirements using UML diagrams, user stories, and process flows
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to align business objectives with technical capabilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation including BRDs, SDDs, and test cases
- Leverage SQL and Power BI to analyze data trends and create actionable reports
- Partner with Agile teams to ensure seamless requirement translation into development sprints
- Monitor KPIs and post-implementation reviews to measure solution effectiveness
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in technology-driven environments
- Expertise in requirement elicitation, documentation, and validation methodologies
- Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and process modeling tools (Visio, Lucidchart)
- Certifications in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Agile development lifecycles
