Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough stakeholder interviews to gather and document detailed business requirements.
- Analyze complex business processes and identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Translate business requirements into clear, concise user stories and functional specifications for the development team.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Perform gap analysis to ensure delivered solutions align with strategic business goals.
- Manage the project backlog and prioritize features based on business value.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a full-time capacity.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information to non-technical audiences.
- Proven track record of managing stakeholder expectations and delivering projects on time.
