Job Description
We are looking for a Strategic Business Analyst to join our rapidly growing team in Jacksonville, FL. In this high-impact role, you will be responsible for analyzing complex business needs and translating them into technical solutions that drive efficiency and growth.
As a key player in our operations, you will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to identify opportunities for process improvement and ensure our technology initiatives deliver maximum value.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough analysis of current business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize detailed business requirements and user stories.
- Act as the primary liaison between technical teams (developers, engineers) and business units to ensure accurate translation of needs.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specifications, and Process Flows.
- Support the project lifecycle from initiation through implementation, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards.
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions, workshops, and UAT planning to validate solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a full-time capacity.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and data modeling concepts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
