Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles using Agile/Scrum methodologies for enterprise clients
- Manage cross-functional teams (dev, design, QA) to meet deadlines and budget constraints
- Develop detailed project plans, risk assessments, and resource allocation strategies
- Facilitate stakeholder communications and executive presentations
- Implement PMO standards and continuous improvement processes
- Track KPIs using Jira, Asana, and Microsoft Project tools
- Mentor junior project managers and foster team collaboration
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience in tech/IT sector
- PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 certification required
- Proven success managing complex projects with $1M+ budgets
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and SAFe frameworks
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation abilities
- Experience with remote team leadership and virtual collaboration
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
