Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end requirements gathering, documentation, and validation for complex projects
- Analyze business processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose data-driven solutions
- Create detailed functional specifications, user stories, and process flows
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and translate technical concepts into business value
- Collaborate with data teams to develop KPIs and performance metrics
- Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure sprint deliverables align with business goals
- Conduct cost-benefit analysis and ROI projections for proposed initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech or finance
- Expertise in requirement elicitation techniques and documentation tools (Jira, Confluence)
- Strong SQL skills with ability to write complex queries and analyze datasets
- Proven experience with process modeling (BPMN, UML) and data visualization tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to present to executive stakeholders
- Relevant certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile/Scrum) preferred
