Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and opportunities for business optimization
- Document business requirements and process workflows using BPMN and UML notation
- Create detailed data models and SQL queries to support decision-making
- Develop interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for stakeholder presentations
- Facilitate JIRA backlog grooming and sprint planning ceremonies
- Translate technical findings into actionable recommendations for executive leadership
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate solution effectiveness
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
- 2+ years of business analysis experience in fintech or SaaS environments
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile/Scrum) preferred
- Exceptional stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and agile methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating data modeling and requirement documentation projects
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
