Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and document processes
- Analyze data trends and translate insights into strategic recommendations
- Create and maintain process flows, user stories, and technical documentation
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align on project objectives
- Develop KPI dashboards and performance metrics for business units
- Support UAT testing and implementation of new systems
- Identify process optimization opportunities through gap analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of Business Analyst experience with part-time/contract flexibility
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
- Certification in CBAP or PMI-PBA preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating requirements documentation and process modeling
