Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops
- Analyze complex data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement
- Create detailed reports, dashboards, and visualizations using SQL, Excel, and BI tools
- Facilitate cross-functional communication between technical and non-technical teams
- Develop process maps, data models, and documentation to support strategic initiatives
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management
- Support agile development cycles through sprint planning and backlog grooming
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 2+ years of business analysis experience with proven documentation skills
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong analytical thinking with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a part-time capacity
