Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and oversee project lifecycles from conception to delivery
- Coordinate resources and manage budgets up to $5M
- Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies for iterative development
- Identify and mitigate project risks proactively
- Stakeholder communication across engineering, product, and executive teams
- Drive process optimization through Jira and Confluence
- Lead post-mortem analyses and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience in tech
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Proven track record delivering SaaS/cloud projects
- Expertise in resource allocation and timeline forecasting
- Advanced proficiency in MS Project and Asana
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience with remote/hybrid team leadership
