Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications for development teams
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather requirements across departments
- Analyze KPIs and performance metrics to identify optimization opportunities
- Create process flow diagrams, user stories, and acceptance criteria using UML/Visio
- Validate solutions through user acceptance testing and documentation
- Collaborate with data scientists to implement predictive analytics models
- Present findings to executive leadership with data-driven recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in fintech or SaaS
- Expertise in SQL, data visualization (Tableau/Power BI), and process modeling
- Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Strong financial acumen with experience in payment processing systems
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA) or equivalent experience
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to simplify complex concepts
