Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles from initiation to closure using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Manage cross-functional teams of 10+ engineers and stakeholders across multiple locations
- Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and resource allocation strategies
- Implement risk mitigation strategies and ensure timely delivery of milestones
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Monitor project KPIs and provide executive-level progress reports
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience managing IT infrastructure projects in automotive/manufacturing
- PMP or CPM certification required
- Expertise in Jira, MS Project, and Asana
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time/budget
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with Six Sigma Green Belt preferred
- Experience with enterprise-level cloud migration (AWS/Azure)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
