Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles from initiation to closure using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (developers, designers, QA) to ensure seamless collaboration
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Monitor project budgets, risks, and dependencies while implementing mitigation plans
- Facilitate stakeholder communication through regular status reports and executive presentations
- Utilize JIRA and Microsoft Project for task tracking and progress reporting
- Conduct post-project reviews to identify improvement opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of project management experience with IT/software development projects
- Proven PMP or CSM certification required
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and Waterfall frameworks
- Advanced proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, Asana)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships
- Experience with budget management and risk assessment
