Based in our vibrant Seattle headquarters, you'll lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex software solutions on time and within budget. This role offers the opportunity to shape our product roadmap while mentoring junior PMs and collaborating with engineering, design, and executive stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Lead 5-10 cross-functional teams across product development lifecycle
- Manage $2M+ budgets with quarterly financial reporting
- Stakeholder communication with C-suite clients and external partners
- Risk mitigation and contingency planning for enterprise-scale projects
- Mentor junior PMs and implement process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 8+ years in project management with 3+ in tech/Agile environments
- PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 certification required
- Proven experience managing budgets exceeding $1M
- Expertise in Jira, Confluence, and Asana
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Business
- Exceptional stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills
- Portfolio demonstrating successful SaaS product launches
