- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles from initiation to closure using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources to meet business objectives
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and expectation alignment across departments
- Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring compliance with industry standards
- Coach team members on project management best practices and tools (Jira, Asana)
- Generate comprehensive project documentation including status reports and post-mortems
- Collaborate with leadership to drive continuous improvement in project delivery
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of project management experience in technology or construction sectors
- PMP or CSM certification strongly preferred
- Proven track record of managing projects with budgets over $500K
- Expertise in risk management, resource allocation, and stakeholder engagement
