Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and identify opportunities for optimization using data-driven methodologies
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, document specifications, and deliver actionable insights
- Design and implement data models, KPI dashboards, and reporting frameworks to track performance
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops and translate business needs into technical requirements
- Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure alignment between business and development teams
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic initiatives
- Present findings to executive leadership through compelling visualizations and narratives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis or similar role with fintech exposure
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile methodologies
- Strong background in process modeling (BPMN) and requirements documentation
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and project management tools
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
