Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough requirements gathering and analysis to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Translate complex business requirements into clear, concise functional specifications and user stories.
- Create and maintain detailed business requirements documents (BRDs) and process flow diagrams.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather information and validate solutions.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure feasibility of proposed solutions and identify potential risks.
- Monitor project progress and identify gaps in requirements, proposing actionable solutions.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure final products meet business needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in requirements gathering tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Visio) and documentation standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
