Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive business analysis to identify process improvement opportunities and drive operational efficiency.
- Capture, analyze, and document detailed business requirements and functional specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Product, Sales) to define system architecture and solution design.
- Perform gap analysis to determine the impact of proposed solutions on current business operations.
- Create detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for Agile/Scrum environments.
- Present findings, process maps, and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, professional manner.
- Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate or software development environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data modeling tools (e.g., ERWin, Visio, Lucidchart).
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management life cycles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proven track record of managing stakeholder expectations and delivering projects on time and within scope.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent documentation skills.
