Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for development teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities.
- Lead data analysis projects to drive strategic business decisions.
- Design and maintain comprehensive reporting dashboards and metrics.
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the team's knowledge base.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Corporate Operations, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation.
- Expert level knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and SQL.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, for stakeholder management.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
