Responsibilities
- Define & Execute Strategy: Own the product vision, roadmap, and strategy to deliver maximum value to our enterprise clients.
- Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate closely with engineering, design, sales, and marketing to ensure product goals are met.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Conduct in-depth market research and user analysis to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for product improvement.
- Lifecycle Management: Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation and prototyping to launch, iteration, and eventual sunset.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, presenting clear updates and convincing arguments for product direction.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analytics to continuously optimize product performance and user engagement.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in product management, preferably within the SaaS or FinTech sector.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, data analysis tools (e.g., Tableau, Amplitude), and agile methodologies.
