Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch for enterprise SaaS platforms
- Conduct market research and user interviews to identify unmet needs and opportunities
- Develop and maintain detailed product roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver high-impact features
- Define KPIs and success metrics for product performance
- Present product vision and progress to executive stakeholders
- Mentor junior product team members
Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS
- Proven track record of launching successful enterprise products
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Experience with Agile methodologies and product discovery frameworks
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
- Experience with workflow automation or similar technologies preferred
