Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough stakeholder interviews and requirement gathering sessions to identify business needs and process inefficiencies.
- Translate complex business requirements into clear, concise Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs) and Use Cases.
- Analyze current business processes and propose data-driven solutions to improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with software developers, QA engineers, and project managers to ensure accurate implementation of solutions.
- Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate go-live activities to ensure smooth transitions.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation, including process flows, wireframes, and system specifications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the tech or finance sector.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
- Experience working within Agile and Scrum development methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
