Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough stakeholder interviews and requirements gathering sessions to define project scope and objectives.
- Analyze complex business processes and identify areas for optimization and digital transformation.
- Create detailed business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and use case diagrams.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including software developers, QA engineers, and product managers, to ensure technical feasibility.
- Bridge the gap between business stakeholders and the technical team, translating "business speak" into technical requirements.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure successful system deployment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the tech industry.
- Proven experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Experience with requirements management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or IBM DOORS.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
