Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and identify opportunities for optimization and automation
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize features, and create detailed user stories
- Develop comprehensive documentation including process flows, data models, and technical specifications
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure alignment between development teams and business objectives
- Conduct data analysis to generate actionable insights and support data-driven decision making
- Lead UAT sessions and validate solutions against business requirements
- Maintain and refine requirements traceability matrix throughout the project lifecycle
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in technology-driven environments
- Expertise in requirement elicitation, documentation, and validation methodologies
- Proficiency in SQL, data modeling tools (e.g., ER/Studio), and visualization platforms
- Strong analytical skills with experience in process improvement frameworks (BPMN, Lean)
- Certified Agile Business Analyst (CABA) or equivalent certification required
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Experience in fintech, SaaS, or e-commerce industries strongly preferred
