In this role, you will serve as the bridge between our operational teams and IT development, ensuring our digital transformation initiatives drive real value for the organization.
Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct interviews and workshops with stakeholders to elicit detailed business requirements and document them clearly.
- Process Improvement: Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and efficiency gains.
- Data Analysis: Gather, interpret, and analyze complex data sets to provide insights that support strategic decision-making.
- Documentation: Create comprehensive business requirements documents (BRDs), use cases, and functional specifications.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for cross-functional teams, facilitating communication and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Testing & QA Support: Collaborate with QA and development teams to validate solutions and ensure deliverables meet business needs.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel (advanced functions), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Methodology: Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and Waterfall processes.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to identify root causes of issues and propose effective, data-driven solutions.
