Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct interviews and workshops with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document detailed business requirements.
- Process Modeling: Create comprehensive process maps, flowcharts, and use case documentation using tools like Visio or Lucidchart.
- Data Analysis: Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process optimization.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact between technical teams, management, and end-users.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of system requirements, functional specifications, and technical documentation.
- Testing Support: Collaborate with QA teams to define test scenarios and validate solutions against business requirements.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of experience working as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, JIRA, Confluence, or similar requirements management tools.
- Methodologies: Solid understanding of Agile and Waterfall development methodologies.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical jargon into business language.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with a proven track record of solving complex business problems.
