Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and identify opportunities for optimization using data-driven insights
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to define requirements and prioritize initiatives
- Create detailed documentation including process flows, user stories, and technical specifications
- Develop and maintain dashboards to track KPIs and support decision-making processes
- Facilitate workshops and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations
- Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies to ensure project milestones are met efficiently
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform strategic planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in technology-driven environments
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Certification in Agile/Scrum methodologies or CBAP designation
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Experience with requirement gathering for SaaS products or fintech solutions
