Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive stakeholder interviews and requirements gathering sessions to define project scope and objectives.
- Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable functional specifications and process flows.
- Collaborate with software developers and QA teams to ensure technical requirements are accurately implemented.
- Design and maintain detailed user stories, wireframes, and use case diagrams.
- Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for optimization and automation.
- Monitor project milestones and communicate status updates to leadership and project sponsors.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (Advanced), and data visualization tools (Tableau or PowerBI).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools like JIRA or Confluence.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
