The Role: We're seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead high-impact weekend initiatives. This hybrid role requires on-site collaboration in our downtown Denver hub every Saturday/Sunday, with flexible weekday remote work. You'll drive complex enterprise projects while mentoring cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- End-to-end project lifecycle ownership from kickoff to closure using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Stakeholder management across C-suite clients and technical teams
- Resource allocation and capacity planning for weekend delivery teams
- Risk mitigation and proactive issue resolution for critical path items
- Financial oversight including budget tracking and vendor management
- Process optimization for weekend sprint ceremonies and retrospectives
- Compliance adherence with SOX and industry-specific regulations
Qualifications
- 7+ years in project management with 3+ years in weekend/shift-based environments
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Proven experience managing enterprise-scale software development projects
- Expertise in JIRA, Confluence, and MS Project Suite
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Exceptional communication skills for remote stakeholder alignment
- Experience with cloud migration or DevOps transformation projects
- Ability to lead weekend stand-ups and retrospectives effectively
