Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and requirements to identify opportunities for optimization
- Create detailed documentation including user stories, process flows, and functional specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven solutions aligned with strategic goals
- Translate business needs into technical requirements for development teams
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather requirements and validate solutions
- Develop and maintain dashboards to track KPIs and business performance metrics
- Facilitate change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent communication skills
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent preferred
- Experience in healthcare or SaaS industries highly desirable
